flash player 11.4.402.278 causing firefox to crash

i dont know if this is posting in the right place (my first post and it took me a while to even find how to post) and im not 100% sure that it is flashplayer but its the only thing thats been updated/ installed/ changed since this started happening. firefox randomly crashes when im on youtube or anything that uses flashplayer and when i go to the window task manager i have two flashplayer plugins loaded when ever firefox is loaded. i tried updating firefox and flashplayer and everything is up to date but still crashes. i tried uninstalling flashplayer and firefox and reinstalling both but still the same problem. and firefox gets a corrupt dump report every time so i have know way of knowing whats causing it offically. it happens 6-8 times a day and is making firefox unusable. is the double flashplayer plugin problem happening to anyone else? and if so how can i fix it?

i have looked everywere on info for this but all i could find was similar issues people had with older versions of firefox
