Flash Player 11.7.700.169 , now all i get is "Blocked Plugin, Mac 10.6.8, Safari 5.1.9 PLEASE HELP

Forced to update to Flash Player 11.7.700.169 , now all i get is "Blocked Plugin,  have tried for 3 DAYS !!! Nothing works -Mac 10.6.8, Safari 5.1.9 PLEASE HELP!
