Flash Player 13 crashing with videos on CBS

Hello,

After upgrading to Flash 13 on Windows 8.1 I get access violations in flash.ocx when trying to watch videos on cbs.com via embedded IE ActiveX control in. The problem is present on Windows 8/8.1 only and not on Windows 7. Is this a known issue which is expected to be fixed?
