Flash Player 14.0.0.145 Crashes

I have windows 7 Home edition 64 bit and flash player 14.0.0.145 keeps crashing while playing videos. I use it on both IE and Firefox with similar results, although much more frequent on IE. I have reset both IE and Firefox to no benefit. Any suggestions? I ran the check and everything show up roses. However, I watch a lot of anime videos from websites like animeget.com. They have a TON of adds/commercial stuff on them. Sometimes I can watch multiple episodes and have no problem. Then I will get 1-3 in a row where I have to cancel the plugin. Then refresh the page and start the video over since. At least with Firefox, I get a message popup saying that Flash Player has crashed or is too busy, continue or cancel plugin.. As you can imagine, given about ALL I watch is anime, this is very frustrating.
