Flash Player 19.0.0.226 install problems

Question

I am running win xp pro 32b, firefox 41.0.2 and flash player 19.0.207. I can download flash 19.0.0.226 from the adobe support site but when I try to run the install, I immediately get a download manager error and cannot proceed. The exception info I see lists code oxc 00000ld. I can supply any further info. if needed.Thanks

Hi fredg50486613,For Quick help please find offline Flashplayer installer.Click on the Adobe link Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows. Go down to the bottom where it says, "Still having problems?". Click on the link for your browser.Thanks,Eswar.
