The installer claims it will begin shortly but stays at 0%. Then when you kill it, it deletes itself from the download area. What gives?

Hi dwaddell,

To investigate further, please provide the following:

  1. The name of the installer file you are using
  2. The two files, Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log, saved at C:\Users\<YourUserID>\AppData\Local\Temp\Adobe_ADMLogs
    1. Upload the two files using the instructions How to share a document
    2. Post the URL to the uploaded log files in your reply.

Thank you.

Hi dwaddell,

Thanks for providing the requested files.

Can you please create ADM.trace file inside the directory C:\Users\<YourUserID>\AppData\Local\Temp.

  • Note: make sure the file extension is .trace and not .txt.

This helps in getting more detailed logs.

Run the online installer again and provide the two files Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log.

Thanks,

Eswar.
