Hi,

please i need your urgent support regarding downloading Flash Player 23.0.0.185 Offline Package.

I have submitted the reader Distribution license many times and did not get any feedback or mail from noreply.

Our enterprise is using a vulnerable version and we have to upgrade it ASAP.

My experience with your new process is very bad and i'm very dissatisfied with your support.

    You're posting to a Flash Player forum, but you're asking about Adobe Reader.  What product do you need assistance with.

    Please do not submit multiple license requests.  The licensing team is currently receiving many, many more requests than normal and is processing them as quickly as possible.  By submitting "many" requests you are adding to that backlog.

    Please do confirm what product you are asking about so that we can process your request accordingly.
