flash player 24.0.0.221 DL link

Question

Hello, ive been looking for full offline installer of the latest flash player for myself; ive been having a hard time looking for links ever since they removed access to distrubution 3, been searching the net and i found this link: http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/pdc/24.0.0.221/install_flash_player.exe

can someone please verify if the link is legit?

i'll be going back here every update asking for verification of links i found,

While the link is legit, it changes with each release. The distribution3 page was removed because the links on that page were for customers who license Flash Player and it was being abused by customers who didn't license Flash Player. The offline installer have always been posted on the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows 7 and earlier page
