Flash Player 27 buggy as hell/partial screen freezes and full freezes

Flash 27 is buggy as hell.  Using both Firefox and Opera.  I've also tried the Beta Flash 27 versions.

Flash Player stops and starts every few seconds.  Also when in full screen mode, a frozen image appears at the edge of the pre-fullscreen flash player edge and stays frozen.

I've never seen this behavior before. Flash 27 seems to be the worst update I've ever run across (not counting hidden security vulnerabilities).
