flash player 27 & macOS 10.13.1

os10.13.1 High Sierra recently loaded. Also, recently Uploaded flash player 27. When I attempt to update my website with new photo files, the browser Safari, is unable to detect ANY files.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling flash player 27. Problem persists. Not sure if the issue is with flash player27 or with High Sierra. On another computer which runs osSierra 10.12.6 and with flashplayer27, there are no issues.

Is there a remedy for the 10.13.1/FP27 problem I'm seeing? Thanks
