What is flash player and what is it used for? I don't know anything about adobe and I am new to this. My father would help me but he is no longer on this planet. I am just curios as of what is Flash Player, is it used for APEX Learning? I am having trouble doing APEX Learning. I need it to do online classes and it doesn't show the images that I need to see.

Hi,

Flash Player is a browser plug-in used to view content created using the Adobe Flash platform.  This includes rich Internet applications (e.g. online learning courses), multimedia, and streaming video (e.g. television shows on some of the broadcast channel websites).

I'm not familiar with Apex Learning, but a check on their Technical Requirements | Apex Learning Virtual School | Apex Learning Virtual School page indicates their software does use Flash Player.

To provide assistance beyond this, we'll need the following information from you:

  • Operating system version
  • Web browser and version
  • Flash Player version
  • Explain your problem in step-by-step detail if possible
  • A direct link to a web page that demonstrates the problem
  • If you get error messages, please quote them exactly, or provide a screenshot
