HI... I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT YOU.... I HAVE BEEN ON BRIDGE BASE FOR YEARS AND I CANNOT GET ON NOW BECAUSE IT SAYS I NEED A FLASH PLAYER... I HAVE ADOBE AND IT DOESNT RECOGNIZE MY PASSWORD AND IT WILL NOT LET ME CHANGE IT... CAN YOU HELP ME

    if you're being prompted for a username and password, this is the operating system, not Flash Player prompting for this information, and it is not the AdobeID userID/password.  See What userid & password do I need to install Flash Player?  for more assistance.
