When i download the new version that has been updated

half way through the installation i keep getting that one hidden programme is running. And telling me to close, the name of the programme is brccmctl, this is stopping me from getting the

latest version of Flash Player how can i turn of this programme brccmctl off.

My operating System is Windows 7 Internet Explorer 11

can someone help me.
