i have wwindows10 and google chrome is my browser. norton updated me and now my adobe doesn't work. i have gone into the plugins as your help site suggested but nothing has worked. i have version 23.0.0.205 of adobe flash player what should i do to get my plugins to work

    The easiest solution is probably to just uninstall and reinstall Chrome.  As long as you're signed into a Google account with Chrome, it should preserve your settings.

    thank you for your suggestion..i did that but it didn'y solve my problen

    If you type chrome://components in the address bar, then next to Adobe Flash Player, check the "Always Allow to Run" box, does that resolve the problem?  Also, what does the version number there say?

    If that doesn't help, it might be helpful to get a more detailed description of the actual problem you're encountering. 

    Is it specific to a particular website or websites? 

    What exactly do you see ("doesn't work" leaves a lot to the imagination), etc.
