Does Adobe automatically install Flash Player?

How do I determine if I have the latest version?

    Hi eolivia3 ,

    It depends - if you previously installed Flash Player and configured your system for Background Updates, then yes, Flash Player updates automatically.  Otherwise, no, Adobe does not automatically install Flash Player.  Please describe your issue in more detail and provide the following information:

    • Web browser and version
    • Flash Player version
