I am having trouble downloading flash player. The downloading bar gets to 52% and then it asked me to pick a program to continue. It brings up a window with Chrome to be selected but there is a red circle with a line through it. I've enabled flash player for chrome and for the website but it still won't work. What do I do?

    Hi,

    You may try the offline installer. Follow these steps

    1)Download the uninstaller from:

    Windows :Uninstall Flash Player for Windows

    Mac  : Uninstall Flash Player for Mac OS

    2) Open the page:

    Windows : Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows 7 and earlier

    Mac : Installation problems | Flash Player | Mac

    Under the heading "Still having problems" click on the specific link to NPAPI/PPAPI/ActiveX plugin.

    3) Ensure all the browsers are closed. Run the uninstaller and then the offline installer.
