Flash Player is available for download at https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer

If using Windows 8 and above, Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE, and Edge on Windows 10

If using Chrome, Google embeds Flash Player in Chrome and there is no need to install the PPAPI plugin separately.
