Flash Player 9 on Opera 9.5 - changing the download temp location

In Opera, FireFox we all like to access flash video content sites like YouTube and MetaCafe..

However even when I changed my temporary download location in Opera to another folder path , anoyingly, Flash Player still downloads to C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Local Settings\Temp

Please Please is there any setting available to change this as I have identified it is a Flash Player setting for flash video files.... I am using Opera 9.5 (portable version) from opera-usb.com

Please any help apreciated

    How can I download Adobe Flash Player and not install it, because I want to install it on other computer which is not connected to internet.
