Flash Player Add-on has 2 versions and the old one is affecting my ability to watch video

In my add-ons screen it shows 2 versions of Shockwave Flash 11.5.r502 (bad) and 21.0.r0 (updated) when I try to "never use" the old version, it also turns off the new version. I am trying to watch streaming video from my cable provider and it keeps telling me that I don't have the updated Flash player and it shows the numbers related to the bad version. I can not find anyway to completely remove the bad version. I have tried to "never use" both of them and reinstalling and it does not fix the problem either.

I figured it out. I am using Firefox and Windows 10. I had to manually delete Flash player and reinstall. Now the "bad" one is gone and everything is back to normal.

What operating system and browser is this on?

what do you mean by "tried to "never use" both of them".  Are you disabling the plugin?
