Flash Player ALWAYS crashes EVERY TIME I start Windows

Please help~..!! Recently, the Flash Player ALWAYS crashes EVERY TIME I start the Windows!

I've tried to uninstall the latest ver. n then replaced it w/ earlier ver. It worked well in the beginning.. BUT, after I shutdowned n then started again the Windows, the Flash Player crashed..!! I couldn't watch streamed videos..n the browser also stopped working ("not responding")! I've tried to temporary disable my antiviruses too.. Nothing changed!! It's ALWAYS well in the beginning..but EVERY TIME I shutdown n then go back to Windows again, the Flash Player ALWAYS gives me that trouble!

So now I have to uninstall-reinstall the Flash Player EVERY TIME I start the Windows so that the Flash Player can work properly..for a moment..until I shutdown the Windows.. BUT, FOR HOW LONG I have to do that????? It's so troublesome! Driving me crazy..!

I'm using Windows 7.. I usually use Firefox.

Now I use Flash Player ver. 10.3..

What should I do???

    It's crashing when you start windows or when you browse websites with Firefox?  What version of Flash Player were you using?  Did you try the latest 11.7 before going back to 10.3?

    It's crashing when I browse websites with Firefox. Usually pages that contain videos or anything that needs Flash Player. Yes, I DID try the latest 11.7 before going back to 10.3..! My Windows's fine..just the Firefox that's hanging, became "not responding" all the time, until I uninstall the Flash Player.
