flash player and outlook.com email print problem

Running Windows 7, latest flash player and latest chrome browser as well as latest firefox.  Even though flash player is integrated into chrome I still received notice from adobe that a new version was available (possibly relevant to other apps, not browsers?)  Updated and shortly thereafter lost ability to print emails from outlook.com in either browser.  Standard outlook print preview window opens but preview never appears in window and neither does the normally adjacent print button.  I can print all other docs on pc and from browser windows.  I have cleared browser cache, restarted computer and printer.  Can this possibly be related to flash player update and/or player version conflicts?
