flash player annoyance

I have flash player version 11.7.700.169 under windows7 and using internet explorer as my browser.

Each time I try to view a video on Youtube for example, a box comes up in the middle of the screen saying Adobe is requesting permission to store info on my computer. I always reply NO. However, this takes at least a minute and many attempts to get the NO to be acknowledged. I would like this box and question to never appear and just say No to all requests.
