Flash Player being deactivvated in Firefox

Firefox does not keep active FP. Had to keep going into extension to reset to always activate.

It got so annoying I switched to Opera..

Now every site I go on that requries Flash it does not automatically start until I click on enable Flash.

What is going on?

    In Firefox, go to Help > Restart with Add-Ons disabled.  If the problem goes away, it's related to a plugin that you've installed, like an ad-blocker, anti-javascript or anti-tracking plugin.
