Flash player blocca notebook

Ho windows 8.1 come sistema e scheda video ati x700.

Quando vedo un video su un qualsiasi sito internet il pc si inchioda dopo qualche minuto.

Questo non mi succede se vedo video che usano silver light al posto del Flash Player.

Ho provato con tutti i browser.

Se vedo video che ho sul pc non ho alcun problema, quindi mi chiedevo se non fosse il flash che mi da problemi.
