Hi!

I have some doubts regarding the operation of Flash, which will be discontinued in December.

- Will it be discontinued in all browsers, including old ones? Example: Explorer
- The adoberuntimes (offline), which is installed on machines, also stop? Or will it be only in browsers?

We have applications that are opened through a WebView and the content is in flash.

Adober announced 3 years ago that they would be end-of-lifing Flash Player - meaning no more Flash Player.  All browser vendors announced, at the same time, they would be dropping support for Flash Player when Flash Player reaches end-of-life.  Therefore, no browser will be able to load Flash when they drop support for it.

Yes, all browsers will drop support for Flash Player and Flash Player (offline) will stop working after end-of-life.

 

If you have applications that require Flash Player it's recommended you contact the application developer to see if they're updating their applications to not use Flash Player.

If these are applications developed by your organization, you'll need to migrate them to a different technology.  Adobe's official distribution licensing partner HARMAN.  https://blog.adobe.com/en/fpost/2020/update-for-enterprise-adobe-flash-player.html has more information
