Flash player blocked, not working after windows update

Windows did an auto update.  This morning Flash Player is blocked and will not run.  Checked all setting and everything tells me Flash Player should be working fine.  Trouble shooting page does not help as I've gone thru all the trouble shooting three times.  Can't update or reinstall either.

    You probably just need to enable Flash in your browser:
