Flash player~ cannot sign in

Hello

I Downloaded Flash player, It then prompts me to sign in, when I sign in, it doesn't accept my user name and PW, So i changed the PW, still will not open~ keeps saying Flash Player wants to make changes, type PWto allow this. AND NOTHING! anyone with this issue?

When you are installing or updating on a Mac, that is your Mac asking you to prove that you have permission by asking for your COMPUTER password, not your Adobe password https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2139902

Thank you! But when I put that in, it didn't accept it. So I was able to change PW, but now its my username that its not accepting. Im so frustrated
