Ok, since installing the new Flash Player update earlier today, I find that when I try to watch videos on Hulu, my computer freezes. I never had this problem before the update. I'm using Windows XP, with Firefox 3.6.4. What do I have to do to fix this problem?

    Try to

    • disable hardware acceleration (Flash Player Settings, Display panel);
    • update the device drivers for your graphics/video/display adapter.

    I tried updating my graphics drivers and caused my computer to crash. I had to do system restore.

    You must be 100% sure that you install the correct drivers for your device.  A very useful tool for that is http://drivermax.com/ (the free version allows up to 2 driver downloads per day).

    Did you try disabling hardware acceleration?

    I just update flash player and my computer is very slow.  This happened to me before.  I uninstalled, re-updated, and it worked.  I'm going to do that again.  I thought it was just me.

    Mine is extremely slowed down. I use windows xp pro sp3, firefox 3.6.4. Before the update, everything was completely fine. Now whenever I play a game it is very slow and glitchy. Everything is now unplayable for me.
