flash player completion screen always showing after pc restart

For the last 2 weeks, everytime i turn my pc back on theres a

completed install of adobe flash tab open... i havent even touched

it so i dont know why its pulling the completed download tab up!

i close the tab, go about my day.. no issues. Shut pc down at night

an turn it back on again to have the damn tab reappear the exact

same way -.- im really annoyed an if i didnt need flash this wouldnt

be an issue....

i use firefox only, its the most recent firefox, yes my adobe is up

to date. picture attached is exactly what ive seen every time ive

turned my pc on from total shutdown.
