FLASH PLAYER CONINUOUSLY CRASHES

I have installed and reinstalled the latest version of Flash but it continues to constantly crash.  I am using a brand new Dell desk top with Windows 10 and Firefox is my preferred browser.

I have only experienced this issue for several days and only on one website which has never given me trouble in the past.

The URL is: http://puzzles.usatoday.com/ with the phrase updownwords, or quickcross, or wordroundup, or jumble, or 7-little-words following the forward slash at the end of the URL.

I have visited this site every day for years and only experienced this issue since I retired my old XP PRO desktop with the new Dell.

All of the addins/plugins are turned on and the latest version of Flash Player is certainly downloaded.

Suggestions please.

Thanks

Bruce

I'm also having the same problem here. Before the update, nothing happen and I can open the website [link removed] to do my work on firefox.

Now it constantly crash about 10 times each time I log in. I'm using windows 10 on hp desktop that I just bought recently. I also updated firefox.

I've done with all the suggestions on how to prevent the flash player from crashing but it still crash.

    Help please.

    Thanks.

If you're on a 64-bit version of Windows, you should upgrade to 64-bit Firefox.  You'll get a much better experience from Flash and Firefox in terms of stability, performance and security.

    https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

If that doesn't work, it's usually a driver issue.  Try disabling hardware acceleration.  You can find instructions in the troubleshooting guide below:

If you're still stuck, please follow the directions in the guide on providing the dxdiag report and additional information about what you tested and saw.
