Flash player constantly crashes esp. on Facebook games

I have been reading related posts in this forum to try to figure out what to do.  I was trying to submit a bug report on your bug base but I am having problems with completing the form and I am not sure if I was successful.

I tried disabling the protected mode, but that didn't work.  I am not sure exactly what else to try and in what order.   I was using the older version (10.3) but that started crashing all the time too.

I am using Firefox 15 and Flash 11.4 now, and here is my system info from dxdiag,  below.   I also have all the crash reports in my crash reports folder, but not sure how to submit them.

Please help, thanks!

if u are using 10.3.183.25 , try right click on a video, and click "setting"s and disable hardware acceleration. don't know if it will solve your problem with your games. but 10.3.183.25 IS the Solution to all the video crashing occuring lately. I no longer have problems with video or flash crashing. Some relief.
