Flash player crash

I'm using windows 10 an I use Firefox and all are up to date. In facebook my flash player keeps crashing when I try to play jam city games the crash window comes up after a few mins. of loading game the window reads The adobe Flash has crashed,Reload the page to try again.No report available. I've tried everything I've looked up nothing seems to work...HELP!!!!

    FlashHelp is a help file format. Post moved from that forum to Using Flash Player.
