Flash Player Crashes in OS X El Capitan

This happens with Firefox browser on OS X El Capitan. Flash player in other tabs crash when I open this site [link removed]

OS X EL Caption Version 10.11.6 (15G31). I am not sure from where to get the flash player version in OSX

Go to System Preferences - > Flash Player -> Updates
Over there please check for the NPAPI Plugin version written in bold letters.
