Flash Player crashing

I am aware that the flash player crashing issue is reported a lot and it is happenning for me as well. I have tried many of the common fixes but nothing has helped. However I have noticed or say, figured out a workaround to fix the issue. When the laptop (New Dell XPS 13) is restarted, the issue doesn't happen. It happens only when the laptop is switched on (from power off mode) and doesn't happen after I restart the laptop. Can anyone let me know if you have come across someone reporting a similar behaviour? Or any idea on what could be triggerring the crash in my case? The last time it happened I re-installed my PC and was working fine for about 3 months and after that it happened again. I really don't want to re-install everything again!

Other observations:

It is not browser related. I have even unistalled Chrome and FireFox and still noticed the issue happenning with Edge browser as well.

Tried disabling Hardware acceleration in Flash settings but didn't help

There's not sufficient detail here to even start to guess about what the problem is.  If you find that it only happens after cold reboot, it suggests an underlying problem with the hardware.  That's beyond the scope of what I'm going to be able to help you out with over a message board...

If you say there is a problem with the hardware then how come it doesn't crash after a restart?

You said that it crashes after a cold reboot, but not a soft reboot.  The only difference there is that the hardware in the machine doesn't get a chance to discharge fully when you do a soft reboot.  The software doesn't care.
