Flash Player Crashing

How can I keep flash player from crashing in the firefox web browser. I have the latest version of flash and firefox and it still makes me restart my computer multiple times a day to watch flash enabled videos.

    It's probably your GPU drivers.

    Please work through the video troubleshooting guide.  In particular, see the part about disabling hardware acceleration.  If the problem goes away, then update your GPU drives and turn hardware acceleration back on.  If the problem comes back with the latest drivers, you'll need to leave it disabled until your GPU vendor fixes the problem.
