Flash Player Crashing on Multiple Browsers

When I try to access my homework assignments on Sapling Learning (MacMillian), the Flash player crashes or doesn't load the assignment. This also happens occasionally on other websites. Here is Sapling's website: http://www.saplinglearning.com/ibiscms/   I have been through all my browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Explorer and have tried the troubleshooting and testing available on your website. I have Windows 10 and the latest Flash player. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and cleared my cashe.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
