Flash player displaying outdated On Mozilla Firefox

Hello, please i am using Mozilla Firefox with Adobe Flash Player. I have actually been using flash player for a while now until recently i started seeing the outdated error. This error usually comes up whenever i access some certain pages on my WordPress Blog. Additionally, it also displays same issue when accessing some movie downloading sites like FZMovies and a few others.

Of course, i have tried using the update option but it doesn't seem to work. Please, how do i fix this?
