Flash Player Distribution Not Applying License Status

Hello- I've been distributing Flash Player via the distribution license site for many years. I went to check for a new version today and it said my license was not there even though I had just reapplied several months ago. I reapplied and got an email saying my application was successful, just as it always is. However, when I sign in, it still says "no license has been found for this user." I have attached the screenshot of what my portal looks like now.

 

Is there a server-side problem on your end, or is there an issue with my account?

    Hi,

     

    The same issue is being reported at https://community.adobe.com/t5/flash-player/trouble-getting-a-new-distribution-license-for-flash-player/m-p/11323824?page=1#M207519.  I've escalated the issue to the distribution licensing team.
