Flash Player Distribution - response times?

Question

Hello,We've applied for a distributed MSI installer of the latest Flash Player (v23) a few weeks ago, and still heard nothing from Adobe.This is becoming increasingly important as Microsoft are blocking any Adobe Flash content previous to v21 in IE11 as of 11 October this year. In a corporate environment we need to obtain the installer, perform UAT then deploy, so waiting weeks for no response just seems a little odd.I have checked junkmail, etc, but cant find it anywhere.Has anyone else had this problem with lack of response for a simple offline installer request?If so, what was your wait time like?

The email comes from noreply@adobe.com and has a PDF attachment. Please check your spam folders for the email. Private message me the name and email address used to request the license and I'll follow-up with the licensing team.
