Flash Player does not play AUDIO in Internet Explorer 11 (Windows 7)

I just downloaded the "latest" Flash Player (ver.32.0.0.156) into Windows 7 using Internet Explorer (11.0.9600).  AUDIO playback controls are not visible in webpages from online-educational webpages generated by //hlc.quia.com/books for instructors.  I verified that Add-On Manager has "Shockwave Flash Object" enabled.

I fixed this problem about a week ago, BUT it returned the next time IExplorer was started.  And the procedure I used (for FP 32.0.0.143) doesn't work any more.

PS: in December, 2017 these problems did not exist.

Flash is a framework environment like Java, so I suspect that your issue is more content related than Flash itself. Maybe some code should be updated to fix it. The best being to contact the webmaster of this website to solve it. Meanwhile you can test the website on other browser like chrome and firefox
