flash player does not present

Windows 8.1, Shockwave Flash Player Version 10.0.2.54 and Shockwave Flash Player Version 19.0.0.226 does not function properly. I am using it on 3Point5.com site (Experticity.com) and Player does not present viewing and no alert or error message.

The w 8.1 is 64bit, the first shockwave version is 32bit I think and the second is 32 or 64bit. Might be the problem.

Also have AIR version 18.0 loaded.

3Point5.com and Flash Player worked fine before grandson uninstalled Flash Player.

I am leaning to uninstalling all Adobe products and reinstalling only Flash Player version 19.0.0.226.

What else can/should I do?

Does Flash Player work on the Adobe Testpage for you?

While it does work in the test page (the link you attached), it does not work with the program that Experticity.com put together for 3Point5.com. It did until the Flash player was uninstalled and later reinstalled.
