Flash Player does not update!

Question

OS: Windows 7 ultimate edition 32 bit.Browser: Opera 11.52.1100Flaph Player Varsion: 11.8.800.94I i need to update flash player, i try to install from the installation exe on my desktop and the icon dissapears and there is no change in my system. Browsers said i still did not have flash player installed, i tried to install again and i get the only "one instance can run at a time" error, even though there is no other program running. Uninstalled flash player and repeated, still no change, what should i do?

Download the offline installers from http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#main-pars_header and save them to disk. Then restart Windows to clear off any running AIH installers. Run the downloaded installers before doing anything else.
