Hi Sarag,

As you get the error message while opening the document, it is maybe because the Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader no longer include Flash Player.

To install Flash Player for Adobe Reader on Window and Mac refer this link: Adobe Flash Player needed for Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Acrobat Reader

Try to install the Flash player from here and check if it works.

The Flash player you have might be for the browser plug-in.

Let us know if you still experience the issue.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Ya habia descargado el Flash y lo instale, pero es como si no se reconociera, porque no queda en ninguna carpeta el archivo. Cuando se instala se desaparece hasta el .exe

There are different Flash Player installers for different browsers.  Reader uses the Flash Player NPAPI plugin for Firefox.  You'll need to ensure you are downloading this file.  The online/shim installer deletes itself after installation.  This is normal behaviour.  To verify which Flash Player you have installed, please do the following:

  1. Launch Control Panel
  2. Go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items
  3. Click on the Flash Player item to launch the Flash Player Settings manager
  4. When Flash Player Settings manager launches, go to the Updates tab
  5. Post a screenshot of the Updates tab
