Flash player doesn't fully install, crashed midway install

Flash "fails" to install after 50%.

Running el Capitan and I don't have a previous version of Flash, because of a new hard drive i just installed

    Hi,

    Please review the FAQ Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on the Macintosh?  and provide all four (4) files listed in the FAQ.  Please upload the 4 files to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document and post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.
