Flash player doesn't install!

My OS is Windows 7 Home Premium. I us Firefox as my browser. I downloaded the Flash player for Firefox and I ran the .exe file. But it doesn't do anything> I having the same problem with the Shockwave.

I am surprise that both players won't install.

    Is there an error message?  Does the installer launch?  If so, please take and post a screenshot of the installer window (see How to post a screenshot in the forum).

    There is no error message. I wish there was!

    Shickwave did install. It was Adobe Acrobat Reader that has this problem.

    Hi,

    Does the Flash Player installer launch at all?  If so, what happens?  What is the name of the file that is being downloaded?  Do you have anti-virus software running that may be interfering with the installation process?

    I'm guessing you're using the online installer, downloaded from get.adobe.com/flashplayer.  If so, please provide the two log files, Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log, saved at C:\Users\<YourUserID>\AppData\Local\Temp\Adobe_ADMLogs using the instructions How to share a document.

    Please post Reader issues to the Acrobat Reader forum.
