I am running last Flash Player Version 24.0.0.186 (24 NPAPI) with Firefox 50.1.0 in both computers a Desktop and laptop computer and always get same message "Shockwave flash occupied" when calling website http://www.meteoribes.com. I have done all the steps suggested in Adobe Flash Player Support and get no solution.

The dialog you're seeing is the Slow Script Dialog.  We throw it when content is using too much CPU.  This gives you the opportunity to kill it, instead of having it lock up the browser.

It looks like this is a problem with the content itself.  My guess is that the content is making a request that fails, and then it gets stuck in a loop.  There's not much we can do about it, beyond recommending that you contact the operator of the website.
