Flash Player doesn't work on one site

I installed latest Flash Player on my Mac, OSX, Safari. It works on all sites I have tried but not on jacquielawson.com. When I try to preview an ecard on that site, it keeps telling me that I have to download the latest version of Flash Player, and gives me the Adobe download link to click on. I have downloaded at least six times, but still cannot get the plug-in to work on this site. When I asked for help, they told me to contact Adobe. I have sent Jacquie Lawson cards for the past two years and had no problems, but I cannot seem to get around the Flash Player block. Any advice?
