Flash Player don't work even if activated

I have problem with Flash Player on a HP ProBook 450G2 running Windows 7, Internet Explorer 11 version 11.0.9600.18015. Update 11.0.23 (KB3087038).

I install Flash Player and the installation goes fine and in Internet Explorer it says Shockwave Flash Object  activated 32 and 64 version.

If I visit Help for Flash Player it says that it’s not installed or activatet.

I’ve tried the steps there and also tried to uninstall with the uninstall program including clearing the folders on the site. Restarted the computer and also tried installing with the 17,3 MB file but the same problem all the time.

After installation it says in internet explorer that I’ve installed version 18.0.0.232.

But still it doesn’t work.
