Flash Player Download stuck at 0%. Where do I find offline installer?

As titled. I have been trying to install Flash Player on Windows 10 for Opera. Download stuck at 0%.

I don't want this online installer nonsense. Where do I find offline installer?

    Again I have to ask, where do I find the offline installer? Oracle offers offline installer for Java, yet Adobe insists on this online installer nonsense.

      I'm having this same issue and that just started this week!!  As I am wondering if adobe is not support flash player (stand alone) any more.  I know that Chrome, IE, and Safari, and YouTube will only play html5 files. Newest versions of Chrome and IE have a version of flash player included, but they are not supporting NPAPI anymore!!

      I've got a hundred or more courses I've done in Presenter all the way back when the company was owned by Macromedia!  I cannot play the courses through the player.html file any more.

      What is a solution here?  Do I need to go into each of my Presenter files and republish them all to html5.  I heard of a converter from Google called Swiffy, but it no longer exists.

      Please advise.  I still see that adobe has their flash player download still up on the web, but we can't get to it or the download hangs at 0%.

      Hi,

      Could you share the Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log from the affected machine. To get the log file location please go through Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on Windows?​ Upload/share the log files. How to share a document has instructions on how to share the files. Once you have uploaded the logs share the link of the log files here.
