Flash player enterprise install via SCCM (SMS) to non admin pc's

Just a quick question on on the installation of Flash Player 10.1.82.76 to locked down machine's (say, for instance, in kiosk mode or as basic non-admin user) via SCCM.  There used to be a tech note, but it has since disappeared (weird that the web archive copy and google's cached copy was deleted too).  But, being that as it may, has anyone had any luck deploying either the .exe or .msi versions via SCCM?  Pushing to XP SP# pc's, from SCCM 2007 R2.  Thanks!

ps are they going to keep the command line options/switches the same for a while?

Hmm, those seem to be the same resources I was looking at.  For instance:

Note: Installation using SMS can fail if the player is being installed on a machine where the logged-in user does not have administrative privileges. For information on resolving this issue, see the TechNote entitled “Flash Player MSI installation will fail on machines that don't have administrative privileges” at www.adobe.com/go/df875c9e

So, can anyone get to the technote?  the webarchive version is gone too, as well as the one that used to be on the adobe tech site...

Apparently, it wasn't there last week either.  I searched high and low for the crazy thing....

there is nothing in either resource that lists the solution, and making stand-alone kiosks an administrator is NOT an option, unless you think security is never needed?  And people wonder why Apple is so antagonistic towards Flash?
